Problem with viewing photos

Hello, Lightroom is not showing my photos in develop tab or in the library tab. I can only see 3 at a time, and when I click on a new photo, the previous one disapears.

I tried rebooting my computer, upgrading my graphic cards and I looking around on the net, but nothing works.

I made a shot video of the problem: https://www.amazon.ca/photos/share/XCl4V5kcqlCUyUftyCEbLYGlsRxo7QNs6AFu7Mh7GVM

Is there something that I can do?

Thank you.

Can you view all photos on your SD card?

I never work out of the SD card. The photos have been erased for a while now.

I downloaded everything on my computer. The folder is still intact, with all of the photos.

I can still see the photo on Lightroom, but only 3 at the time. As soon as I click on the 4 one, than the first one disappears.

"I downloaded everything on my computer. The folder is still intact, with all of the photos." Have you tried using Windows File Explorer to view the photos? If you can view the files outside of LrC, then it's a LrC issue. If not, you may have corrupt files.

Looks like corruption of the 'catalogname previews.lrdata'. Try the following. Open your catalog folder and move 'catalogname previews.lrdata' out of that folder. Now start Lightroom Classic. Lightroom will need to rebuild the previews, so initially you won't see any previews, but then they'll appear one by one. Now check in the develop module that they do behave properly. If they do, then you can trash the old previews.

Hello, I remove the file. A new one was created. The problem is still there.

Thanks for tying to help me.

Another one to try: delete the 'catalogname helper.lrdata'.
