Show different buttons in Plug-in extra Menu?

Hi,

please could you help me with some advice.

I need to show different buttons in Plug-in extra Menu according to some conditions which user selects in Set up section 'Lightroom Publishing Manager'

For example user will authorize and according to his account status i need to show him different buttons in Plug-in extra Menu.

I can extend Login button handler method

But main problem than i don't know how dynamically remove/add items to this Extra menu or how to disable menu items that are described in info.lua for Plug-in extra menu.

Unfortunately, there is no way to dynamically add or remove menu items from File >  or Library > Plug-in Extras. The best you can do is to rewrite the Info.lua file that defines these menu items and then tell the user to reload the plugin or restart LR, which is pretty inconvenient.
