Hi,

I have downloaded Lightroom Classic and when I try to sign up to the free trial and click on pay, the site it takes me too says that there is an error and unable to access the page. This has happened when i try and sign up through the app, website and on my phone.

Is this an adobe error or is there something I can do?

fthank you for the reply. I have tried all of these and still having issues. It seems like the certificate on the commerce.adobe.com site isnt valid so I cannot connect to it.

What makes you say this?

Try to reset the CC app, doing the following steps:

  • Bring the CC app in the foreground
  • Then press Ctrl + Alt + R (Windows) or Cmd + Opt + R on a Mac

If that fails, try to repair the CC client app: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

If this also fails uninstall/reinstall per the link above.

If this all doesn't help I think the best way is to contact the Adobe staff to help. This is a public forum, not the link to Adobe support. Sorry, but we're normal users  and we can't help with account problems.

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below.

You have to allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work

Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent" to get a human and not the chat bot.
