Question

Unable to export Source files are offline or missing

I have tried EVERYTHING.  I cannot import or export files.  When I click export, I get the message

Unable to export

Source Files are offline or missing

YET, when I locate the file, either individually or via folder, it points directly to the location.   I have tried syncronizing, I have unistalled and re-installed lightroom.  I just cannot figure this out.  I also took an original (my photos are stored in lightroom) and put it on my desk top. I cannot import that photo.

ANY help would be so appreciated!!

Your screenshot shows lots of missing folders, but the folder containing the image on screen is not missing and that image is also not missing, so this one should export just fine. If this photo was missing, then it would look like this:

Here is how you fix missing images and missing folders:

When I go to upload the screenshot, the word DONE is unclickable

Ok I will post... and I just found out this.. I created a new catalog and I can use that... but when I switch back to the old catalog I have the same issue.  Every single image in the catalolg is missing.  I cannot export any of them, or pop them into photoshop from lightroom.  Here is the screenshot.  The folder is highlighted and it is not greyed out.   I am having a hard time uploading photos here to the forum.

Please post a nice clear screen shot of the full Library module (not the export dialog) showing an image and images folder that is shown as missing.

Do you have other folders that do not have missing images?
