Update required Error Code 4999 while accessing Lightroom mobile

Im able to update individual apps but the big problem with Desktop CC for me is getting lightroom to upload to lightroom mobile.

Im losing my mind as I have work to submit to a client but lightroom only tells me to update with error code 4999

Is there any updates on this?

    To clarify -- I tried to upload to LR Mobile via Classic. Got an error saying I needed to update. Tried to update via CC Desktop for mac on 10.11.6. Errors updating CC Desktop. Tried all the suggestions and nothing worked. Tried the cleaner program and reinstall which didnt work. Loaded LR Classic via individual download link -- installed fine. CC desktop still not installing. Tried to login to LR Mobile and got Upgrade 4999 error.

    No LR Mobile access for my main machine right now and I'm going to have to purchase a new service to deliver work today. I am not happy with this

    Thanks for the update, Timl34535790.  Please do continue to follow Error 1001 when updating under macOS 10.11.6 for information on how to resolve Error 1001.

    I have also moved this discussion to the Lightroom Classic CC forum in case there are steps you can take to resolve the Update Required error 4999.

    Theres still no way to update to the latest version of Lightroom Classic CC. The direct download link only goes to 7.0.1 FROM OCTOBER
