What are these emails?

OK, at least I'm not the only one that thinks these forums are virtually unusable for support...  It's bad enough that I've resorted to using other forums for help with questions on Adobe products.

The NEW forum is an absolute mess.  I find I seldom log on here anymore as it has made it next to impossible to follow threads.  You essentially have to open every thread you are interested in to see if there are replies because they don't sort correcly and then have to open all the insane "View all replies" and reread everything to find anything.  The old top to bottom threads worked well with the "quote" system for previous comments and was easy to navigate and search.  

As to the single box you see when you reply. Did not understand that one. But just noticed an oddity that is perhaps what you are refering to.

If I reply to your post by clicking on the nice Reply button immediatly after your post, I get a decent size and behaving edit box.

If I reply further down, say I reply to this very long winded comment you are now reading, I get a smaller one line box that behaves poorly, cannot hit the return key, if I do, the remark gets posted, have to edit it to correct. Irritating.

Incidentally, this is not the old forum, this is a completly new community site. You just got directed to this site via DHCP.  The old forum is gone, replaced.

Another irritating thing, getting an e-mail about your own reply.

Watch out for the words “View all reply’s” typically bottom left

For example, scroll on down, as I basically replied to my own comments, a reply has been associated to it, and you may see “view all replies”

 What the heck, let me reply to this comment. Ah only sort of worked.
