P: (iOS and Android) Not rendering on export when using Lens Blur

After last update (blur effect) I can't render after edit pictures on my iPhone 12 pro max. Any thoughts?!

It's definitely a lot lot better for me now, thank you. Renderijg now takes a few seconds at worst rather than minutes & large battery drain before the fox

I'm also having the same problem, there's no error message, it just never stops trying to save. I let it go overnight and it didnt work either

Hello Team, 

 

On certain photos, LR Android App isn't able to save/export the photo post processing. 

 

I've tried to uninstall /reinstall, clearing cache etc but it didn't result in success. I've attached relevant screenshot.

Are you using the Early Access feature for Blur?  Exports using the Blur effect can take many minutes on lower-powered Android devices. If you leave the export run for 20-30 minutes, does it complete?

Hello Rikk, 

 

Thanks for your swift response.

Firstly I'm using Samsung Galaxy S23. I'm pretty sure it's not a lower powered device.

I'm using blur early access for some pics while not for others. 

 

My observation is as under - 

Pics which are easily exported without blur feature show no difference when I use blur in the same photos.

 

Whereas, photos which just get stuck in the export state do so irrespective of the fact that I enable blur or not. 

 

Can you help me further?

 When I download a picture, it gets exported, but it doesn't download. It's loading a lot. It's been a problem for two days.

This is still an issue for pictures using the blur option on iPad. Is there any fix date please ?

You can not export after using the blur tool. Is this ever going to fixed because it's been like since it's been introduced.

As soon as I use Blurr feature cannot export edited photos. Keep's rendering and cannot export it. Help would be much appreciated.

I have updated the Lightroom mobile to new update and same issue still occurs....
