P: Undo/Redo fails on White Balance Temp changes of +/- 25°

I updated to the new version of Lightroom on my M4 ipad pro a few days back and have had many small issues since. 

The first issue I ran into was that ~25K changes to color temp no longer seem to work, and if you make that change on the slider, and undo, if you redo, it wont go forward again and even when you do it on the slider there doesnt seem to be any change. The behavior when you tap next to the tab on the slider has also changed to moving the amount by 250K instead of 50K, this is too large of a jump, though i think this amount should be configurable in settings.

Another issue I am seeing is photos not loading in the full res version until switching to another photo and back.

Another issue I am seeing is even worse behavior than before around two finger zooming, now it will often pan or switch to the previous or next photo instead of zooming. There was also poor behavior on this front before as well, I often do this is rating mode, and it would often set a star rating instead of zooming, neither is good.
