Welcome to August! We are less than two months away from the spookiest time here in the United States, Halloween! As we slow down from the summer activities and snuggle into some chillier weather, we invite you to Remix this month's image on any device by our guest photographer, Ebuka Mordi. Share your Remix in the comments below for a chance at some Lightroom swag. Find out more below! 

What is Remix? Members of the in-app Lightroom community can designate their edited photos as Remixables. Remixables enable anyone within the community to further edit your shared photos and create Remixes. You can find Remix in the Discover module of Lightroom. Learn more about how to share a Remix in this Quick Tip.

How can you participate?

1. Make sure you have the latest version of Lightroom Desktop, iOS, or Android
2.  August Remix It! Challenge  ( Learn more about how to share a Remix in this Quick Tip.)
3. Submit your image in Lightroom --> Copy and Paste your link in the comments below!
4. Have fun and post a link to your remix in the comments! (See the example below!) 
5.  At the end of the month the we'll select a winner!

Hello, I'm Ebuka Mordi, a passionate photographer and visual storyteller based in Abuja, Nigeria. Before I found photography, or should I say photography found me, I studied Civil Engineering at Landmark University in Omu-Aran, Nigeria. Feeling pressured to follow a career path that I was not passionate about, I decided to create my true way through photography. All my changes are not being saved when I remix today. I did an entry and my remix looked fine on my page but I click it and the entry is only half finished. Its happened on three remixes today.

The Edit appears how I did it properly with all masks but the entry has only 1 mask and is half finished. Not sure what is happening today.

The online app version is correct but within Lightroom it isn't displaying all changes when clicking to it.

@Michael25769047xoz8 That is so strange. It loads well on my end now. I wonder what happened. Love your take on this month's Remix It image though! 😄 Well done!

I saw the same issue with my edits. The masks are not displayed in the desktop app. It looks good on the iPad though.

Mask edits are not showing in Remix in the desktop app, but they do show on the iPad.

@Theresa J I saw your edit on the desktop app, but it wasn't loading. Where did you initially edit the remix? Love your remix btw. 

@Rikk Flohr: Photography  Have you seen this anywhere else?

I used the Lightroom desktop app to edit it. The masks seem to be causing the load problem.
