Camera Profile not showing up in LR D but are installed

So I recently started using LR for the Desktop (not classic) on my laptop since classic is such a hog and I don't need it when I'm traveling.  I installed several linear profiles that showed up just fine when I installed them and for two days afterwards.  

Today when I started LR it shows the profile but underneath it there is an orange warning that says "this profile is missing", yet, when I go to reinstall it, it tells me that the profile is already installed.

 

Colour me confused.

  • What are the exact names of the profiles showing the "missing" warning?

  • If possible, could you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing in Lightroom?

  • Where did you get these profiles from? If available, please share the website or download link.

  • What OS and version are you using (e.g., Windows 11 Pro, macOS 14.5)?

 

Once we have this information, we’ll be in a much better position to assist.
