Can I create a menu page of Collections in Portfolio?

Hi

I have Collections in my Adobe Portfolio for say Wildlife, Travel, People etc. Each Collection has many Pages (Albums) imported from Ligthroom. This all works as expected.

I can navigate to these Collection through the navigation bar but I was wondering whether I can create a 'menu' page with perhaps images linked to each Collection, a collection of Collections.

I did wonder whether this is a limitaion of the theme but canot see it offered in any of the themes.
