Can't be able to upload a Photos

Hello everyone, i am using lightroom on latest version of 7.4.1 in windows 10, i cant able to upload a photos from PC.

Kindly suggest me, how to rectify this issue

Please be more specific. Your screenshots simply show that there are no photos in Lightroom yet, which is of course normal if you just started. To add photos to Lightroom, choose 'File - Add Photos'. If you tried that already, then tell us what did (not) happen.

In that same screenshot, just see the ADD PHOTOS option is not visible to add.

Same as not visible to add a photos in file menu too, if try to add a photos from folder in right click properties not opening too.

How about the 'File - Add Photos' menu like I suggested? It that also dimmed? And are you logged into your Adobe Creative Cloud account? If you are not logged in, then you cannot add photos to it.

File - Add Photos also dimmed, also logged in my cloud storage account.
