can't restore my purchased my adobe Lightroom in MacBook

i cant restore my purchased in adobe lightroom in m6 macbook air. 

i have adobe id already, also already purchase subscribe adobe lightroom since long time ago 

i usually used it with my iphone, just recently i want to connect it with my macbook 

the send the verivication number already and also i connect it with my apple id through adobe id website 

but when i log in adobe lightroom in my macbook the click restore my purchase they said that i cant log in because i have subscribe with diffrent account adobe id 

but i dont have another adobe id and i have connect this adobe id with apple id succesfully through adobe website. 

could you help me to solved my problem ??
