I have error code 12013 and it shows this status we can't verify your subscription status. I have a stable internet connection and only have the problem mentioned with Lightroom.

As your subscription is an entitlement via your school/institute; an IT team or Administrative body must've been handling your subscription. Please check with your institution's IT/administration to understand the entitlements available through their licensing agreement.
