Failed to initialize camera raw

Thanks for the update. But you've now tried most of the things I would have suggested, so we might need an Adobe rep to step in here with a better suggestion.

Although it doesn't sound a likely fix, the only other thing I would try if I was having this problem would be to reset my local library. The problem with doing that is that any work (including edits or new images) that have not yet synced to the cloud would be lost, so it's not something to be taken lightly. Might be better to wait for an Adobe rep (or someone with a better idea) to post.
