File export stuck on saving / rendering and won’t save I have subscription what to do?

Could you please share the exact version & the application you are having trouble with? Is it Adobe Lightroom mobile (iOS)? What iPadOS version are you working on?

Is it a specific collection or set of images that do not export? Do you see any errors at export, or does it get stuck randomly?

Log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) to check current Sync issues on the left part of the screen.

If there are any sync issues, click on them to know more, find the original for those images, and back them up safely before you empty the Sync issues from Lightroom Web.

If there are no sync issues, you can try and reinstall Lightroom and let us know if it works.
