How to convert XMP preset to .LRTEMPLATE format?

Why would you need this 'converter'?

If you use Lr-versions 1-6 -they create and use .LRTEMPLATE.

If you use Lr-Classic -it creates and uses .XMP.  It will also automatically create .XMP from /LRTEMPLATE files.

If you BUY Presets- ask the supplier to provide the correct type for your Lr version.

If you SELL Presets- you need 'new' and 'old' versions of Lr installed to create both types.

Maybe it was a scam just to obtain presets from others!
