How to precisely rotate an image in lightroom on android.

Is there any way to rotate an image with precision on my phone?

The crop tool allows rotating to 2 decimal places and is initially very precise simply by pressing and dragging on the area below the image.

However when I removey finger, no matter how slowly or quickly I do so the image always moves a couple of degrees out of alignment the moment my finger leaves contact with the screen.

Is there a way to adjust this rotation manually, for example by entering a numerical figure for the degrees of rotation? 

I can't straighten my images to an acceptable standard and it's very frustrating.
