Hi,

I want to remove a dust spot when import a jpg or Raw file. Is there a way to do this automatic in PS or lightroom?  The spot is always on the same places.

Because the spot can't remove, i hope there is a solution for this automatic when importing a file, but i can't figure out how.

"automatic when importing a file"-  Nothing that I know will do a Spot Healing when importing.

Lightroom-Classic has an "Auto Sync" feature that will Spot Heal to all selected images working on one image in Develop.

I have not been able to Copy and Paste a Spot Heal from one image to multiple images in Lightroom.

Not sure what you are asking.

"black and white while importing"?  Converting a photo to B&W? That would only be a choice when Editing an image.

If you are referring to a B&W view while using the Healing Tool while editing a photo- that would be available as a check box to 'Visualize Spots".

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
