Lightroom App cant open any files in Android

Hi, my lightroom app can't seem to import any files, can't sync or even make a folder. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times, got my work organisation to check it wasn't anything to do with security.

Is anyone else having this problem or know what to do?
