Hello, if anybody can HELP!!!I trying to edit photos in my Lightroom. I ready have everything saved on my hard drive. I’m connecting it to my MacBook and importing raw photos to Lightroom and I’m noticing automatically it’s syncing to a preset. I don’t know how to reset that Lr setting and I tried many different ways to figure out what preset is it syncing into but I can’t figure it out how do I undo that so I can enter photos and it shows RAW images? hope that makes sense:(

Hi @Friendly_painter5FD3,

That definitely sounds frustrating. Let’s quickly sort this out for you!

It sounds like you might have accidentally enabled an import preset or default setting that’s applying edits automatically when you import photos into Lightroom.

Could you please check this setting:

  • Go to Preferences > Presets.

  • Under Raw Defaults, ensure it’s set to Adobe Default or Camera Settings and not a custom preset.

Let me know if this helps!

Best,
