Lightroom Desktop is always not responding when I press preset button.

Could you please share more details, such as your System Information from Help> System Info> Copy and paste it into a text file and attach it to your response? Also, when did you start noticing this problem? Was it after a change in the setup, like an update of the application or the OS? If possible, please share relevant screenshots or a screen recording of the issue. You can share via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another public file-sharing platform with your response.

While we wait, you can try out these fixes and see if they resolve anything.

Move and Test Your Presets:

• Close Lightroom.
• Locate your presets folder. You can find this by clicking Edit > Preferences > Presets and clicking Show Lightroom Develop Presets.
• Create a temporary folder on your desktop and move all your presets into it.
• Restart Lightroom and see if the preset button responds normally. If it does, you know the issue lies within your presets.
• Start moving your presets back into the Lightroom folder in small batches, restarting Lightroom each time to test. This will help you identify the specific preset or group causing the problem.

Reset the Preferences:
