I purchased the Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription (in-app purchase) but app says my subscription is expired and I don’t have access to creative cloud storage or selective gradients. When I try to renew subscription app says I’m already subscribed.
I have contacted Adobe via live chat and they said it was an iTunes billing issue as they have not received payment for my subscription but they seemed to not know much about the service as they kept offering that I subscribe to the Lightroom $9.99/month plan for desktop. I then contacted Apple and they assured me that it is an issue on the developers end.
I have been dealing with this issue for several weeks with no resolution. It is very frustrating because it worked perfectly the first month of my subscription but after the auto renewal I began to have these issues. Since then I cancelled my subscription and re-subscribed and the issue still exists. Please help

Hi Dominic, could you give me some more background info about what is not working. Do you have problems with upload of photos or download...etc.... A screenshot which illustrates your issue would help me to get a clue.

I do see an active iOS Subscription to Lightroom for you.
Please sign into Lightroom using the same email address which you used for the forums, which I’m writing to here.

Hi Florian. I've just checked the server-side with the Adobe-Id you are using for this forum. An it looks like that the correct subscription is applied. Do you still have the problems? - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE

Could you re-sign-in with the Adobe-id which you are using for this forum. This is the one with a LrMobile subscription applied. - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE

i have the annual plan Photography subscription 20 GB. I have installed Lightroom app on my android cello arm8, logged in, but the lightroom premium functions don't work.

I checked for you, and do see an active subscription for you, Creative Cloud Photography Plan (20 GB with Photoshop)
I do not work on Android, and we may need to get an expert for Lightroom Android, but I wonder if this problem is simply that you may not be signed into the correct account. Can you sign out, and try signing back in using the same Adobe ID email address you used to post to the forums here?

Whoever has problem with premium subscription, please let me know your Adobe ID which you're using. if you wish you can mail me your ID directly to me at abaditya@adobe.com
