Brand new to Lightroom so starting with the new version and added a few photos to test.

Trying the Lightroom Mobile/iOS app and web access from a computer.

On iOS an the web, it says I have 100GB of storage.  I thought the new version now includes 1TB of storage.  Do I have to do something to upgrade the web and iOS to recognize the increased storage?

This depends on the plan you subscribe to. The standard photography plan only gets you 100GB. If you go to creative.adobe.com, click on "manage account" and then on manage plan you should be able to change the plan to one that includes 1TB. Adobe was quite unclear about all this.

    Upgrade to 1TB is $9.99/month

You can upgrade it from your account at adobe.com

I have a full Creative Cloud subscription that already gives me access to Premier Pro, InDesign, etc.

I thought that was the "full boat" plan that includes everything.  Do I still need to upgrade to get the 1TB of photo storage?

Yeah for the full creative cloud plan there are now also two tiers. There is a new one that is $10 more expensive and gives you the 1TB.
