We had some slowness in the cloud that impacted you.  It looks like everything has processed now.  Can you try refreshing and confirm you can now see the images?  Apologies for the inconvenience here.

Hey, @paolopast. Around the time you left this reply, the rendering of HEIC images experienced downtime. The service was restored a few hours later. If you still see any errors, please feel free to start a new conversation with the required details.

Thanks!

Hey @Sameer K

I'm using Lightoom CC on Mac and am also seeing multiple images with Error Rendering messages when viewing synced files on Lightoom Web and mobile (iOS).  All files were synced today and I have the same issue following a full re-sync. Are you still experiencing service downtime issues?

Multiple images are throwing Error Rendering when trying load.  They were all uploaded today.  This happens in both the Web Application and the Android Application.

Hey, @starpc2. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've merged several of your comments and moved this post to discussions.

The issue in the screenshots can also be expected when the original image does not completely sync to the cloud. Such images are grouped under the Sync Issue tab on Lightroom Web. Are these specific images that show up without thumbnails?

Also, the specific document in the screenshot is a PSD that can be larger, and depending on the network bandwidth, it can take longer to sync up to the cloud. Please share more details about what you see and the specific document properties.

Awaiting your response. Thanks!

Try posting in the Lightroom Ecosystem (Cloud based) forum:

That's specifically for your apps.

The issue happens on both lightroom web and on the lightroom android app.

Is this happening in Lightroom Mobile? Lightroom Desktop? Lightroom Classic? What exact version?

What device/computer are you using? Mac, iOS, Windows? Exact versions of those?
