LrD Doesn't sync external changes

Hello everyone,

I noticed that, unlike Camera Raw or Lightroom Classic, if I'm doing some changes on RAW files/DNG (for example rating with Photo Mechanic or some editing with Lightroom Classic/Camera Raw) with Lightroom CC opened, to see these changes I've always to close and reopen it.

There's a way to solve this problem or is another lack of Lightroom CC?

Unfortunately nothing changed. Plus, after the version 7.3 update everytime I'm opening Lightroom I get the messages you can see in the attached files.
