Multiple Accounts from a Single Email Address

Hi

I had a LR Mobile subscription via Google Play but then moved to a more general one direct with Adobe and cancelled the Google subscription. Although the mobile app and the Desktop seem to be sharing the same Cloud storage (data usage agrees between them) I cannot access desktop images on my mobile or mobile images on the desktop - they don't show at all, as if I'm running two separate accounts with the same email address/password.

It's currently possible for me to have two browser tabs on my laptop logged in for the same email address & password and one will show the mobile images I have and the other the desktop images. If I load an image via the web to one of the tabs it only shows on the device that the tab is presenting images for How can I merge the two so all my images are available on all devices?

Sorry that you are running into problems here.  Unfortunately, you have hit a rare situation where you actually have 2 different catalogs that you are seeing on the different devices.  We will email you, using the address you have on this forum, in order to work through fixing this.
