Not Syncing

Lightroom CC Mac – Not Synching.

I'm running Lightroom CC on an iPad, iMac and iPhone. No problems until March when everything suddenly stopped synching.

I haven't changed any settings and I've tried logging in and out of Lightroom on my iPad, pausing the synch and restarting, but nothing has fixed the problem.

I've also noticed the same problem on all three devices with images I've edited on my phone not updating either.

I now have different amounts of images on three different devices. They are all logged into the same Creative Cloud account.

Help!

Hello,
I am experiencing the same problems users in this post have mentioned. Has any resolution been found? This is profounding decreasing my productivity and will not be sustainable if not fixed.

Please see attached system info request.

Thanks for sharing the System info. Please check Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u) and look for the Deleted Section and the Sync issues tab (if they exist). Emptying both of these has helped in the past. Before emptying these tabs, ensure you have backups for the images.

After this change, let Lightroom sync and check if it returns to normal.

Thanks!

Hey, @AmplifyBrand. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

If you're sure some files are stuck in the Sync queue, we can figure that out using the Diagnostic report. Please go to Lightroom > Preferences > Account > press, hold the ALT/OPT key, and select Diagnostic Log.

Then, please share this diagnostic log with me via direct message.

As a test, drag and drop a few images into Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4a5tqFM) and check if they sync to Lightroom Desktop and Lightroom Mobile.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

@Sameer K

Hi Sameer

Here is the diagnostic report. file:///private/var/folders/hn/s4wx110s6c36lqp9sfqbkpwc0000gp/T/DiagnosticLog.html

I have uploaded images into Lightroom Web and they are syncing to all other devices (desktop, iPad and iPhone). But not the other way around!

Thank you for looking into this for me.

Steve

Hey Steve! Thanks for the response and details. I am unable to access the Diagnostic log. You'll need to upload it to a file-sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., and share the public link here via direct message on my profile.

Additionally, it's great to know the sync is working one way.

You can also check Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/4eF2E7u) and look for the Deleted Section and the Sync issues tab (if they exist). Emptying both of these has helped in the past. Before emptying these tabs, please ensure you have backups for the images.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
