Greetings all,

Updates for the Adobe Photography Products are released.  The August 2024 updates contain an update for this issue.

If you do not see the update in your Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by hitting [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ].

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your update to be available in your Creative Cloud app.

Thank you for being so patient.

I've checked my Chrome OS 64-bit browser, and it appears to be working now. Can you try again and let us know?

Hi there,

We're sorry for the trouble. I just wanted to confirm your workflow. Are you using Lightroom Web and the option "Expand in Photoshop" to send your images to Photoshop on the Web? Are you getting any error messages? If yes, please share a screenshot. Also, have you tried using a different browser to ensure there's nothing wrong with your primary browser? Please restart your machine and check if that helps resolve this issue. Let us know the status.

Thanks,

Mohit

Mohit,

I have tried everything you have said, including different browsers. Of course, on a Chromebook, all the other browsers are Android and don't fully support LR web. Here is a screenshot of the error in Chrome on my Chromebook Plus.

Photoshop Web still works. I also tested both LR and PS Web on all my systems, which include Linux, Windows, and Chromebooks. I edit photos on anything and everything.

I think the problem is that Chromebooks are running Chrome 126.0.6478.222 but Google has released 127 (Windows & Mac: 127.0.6533.99/100 and Linux:127.0.6533.99) & 127.0.6533.103 for Android.
