I have a pixel 9 Pro XL and every time I open Lightroom it either crashes or I can open a single picture and then I get the circle and then the app either freezes or crashes again.
I have updated Android and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Lightroom app several times. I have cleared the cache and storage and the same thing happens.
This has been happening for weeks I was hoping an update would fix it.
Hey everyone,
Quick update: If you're experiencing this issue, please ensure your phone’s operating system is fully up to date. If that doesn’t resolve the problem, you may want to try resetting your phone to factory settings. I know that can be inconvenient, but it has helped some users.

I moved apps from a Oneplus to my pixel could maybe be settings from Oneplus that that pixel didn't like which caused this issue. But just a hunch

A month ago, I had reported this same issue of the app not working on my Google pixel 8 pro. Earlier also i had mentioned that I had an active subscription, so atleast freeze my subscription untill this solves. But that was not done, wasted my money for subscribing and since the app is not working untill now, I almost forgot that Lightroom existed and forgot to unsubscribe.
Now the payment for this month was deducted. Its so frustrating that nothing has changed about the error, but the subscription is working so perfectly to detect the money on time. If there is some way to refund the money please help.

Hey @Saranya_S,
I'm very sorry we were unable to resolve this issue for you sooner. I know that you no longer have a subscription; however, if you're willing, please try the workaround shared above. If it works, please Direct Message me.
