Whenever I click on Create Edit Replay in Lightroom Mobile Android, I get the error Couldn't Complete Share.

I keep getting a error when I greate edit replay from my phone or tablet

I use a oppo 5 5G phone and Oppo Neo Pad tablet

 

Is there certain specs or requirements needed from my devices?

 

I need help to resolve this issue

Hey, @Colorful_Gemstone5E79. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. I've reviewed your account & you have an active subscription.

 

Please share more details, like the version of Lightroom, Android OS details, screenshots & video recordings of what you see. Does this happen with both devices?

 

Log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3TKo7Fl) and check for all the images that have synced and uploaded to the cloud. Once everything is backed up to the cloud, uninstall Lightroom, install it again from the PlayStore, and check how it goes.

Hi!

 

Got a new tablet(Lenovo p11) and tried to use the export replay function after finishing up a picture.

 

It always says, it can't finish share.

I had the same problem on my phone (Xiaomi Note 12).

 

Hast anyone a solution to this problem?

The team is requesting diagnostic logs from those afflicted.

 

Android Log File

 

Open Settings Panel, long press on the top left “Lr” icon. This will enable a “Send Feedback” button on the settings panel.

 

 

Now perform the usual tasks in LrA for few minutes and then please reopen the Settings Panel and tap on “Send Feedback” from settings panel. This will open your email client after a few moments and attach the logs.

I have sent multiple diagnostic logs to Adobe support in the past year and have never received an answer. This is getting really annoying

Hi Community,

 

I tried updating the app and also waited for some time to check if it gets resolved by itself. But it doesn't look like that the issue is gonna be released. So seeking the help here. 

 

Whenever I try to use Create Edit Replay in Lightroom Android App, I get the error as "Couldn't complete share". I am a premium member too. Please help me to get it resolved. 

 

NOTE : I have 3GB free memory, so it doesn't seem to be related to memory as well.

I have the same problem on realme 9 pro plus, updating the application and phone did not help, reinstalling and clearing the cache did not help. 😞

Whenever I choose to create an edit replay, I get a "couldn't complete share" error at the bottom of the screen.

 

I read other people having the same issue but adobe doesn't seem to care.

 

I use a oneplus Nord 5 and my sytem is up to date.

 

I need some assistance.

Only answer I got form support was "You didn't specify the right phone model". I got a Nord2, not Nord5.

 

ARE YOU KIDDING ME ADOBE ?

I sent multiple logs to the support in the past year and never had an answer.
