Hi @Sumit_Garhwal3658! Thank you for reaching out! Are you experiencing the same issue? If so, try pressing the v key while the crop tool is active in Camera Raw, this would bring back the overlay. You could also try right-clicking, this would bring up the context menu for other crop settings.

Same issue here, Lightroom web, grid disappeared yesterday. Normally 3x3 grid shown while crop tool used, but not anymore.  Web version, can not really try anything else but shortcut keys, and nothing seems to work.
