Photo distorted in the main view screen

Photo is distorted in the main screen of Photoshop Lightroom. It's not the case when I open the same photo on the web-based version.

I reinstalled lightroom and the issue is still consistent. Please see the photo below. Can you help?

What happens when you click to edit the image on the web based version? If it also distorts there the raw image is probably corrupt itself.
