"Deleted" sync folder no longer working

My "deleted" sync album just went empty on all of my devices. I can no longer undo deleted photos. They just seem to vanish.

I now see 3 recent deletes - is that right?  Are you still not seeing those in the Deleted Images folder?


It's working now! There are now apparently 7 deleted pictures, but I can only see 4 of them. I've checked this on mobile now, I'll check it on desktop later.

 

Even tho there are now "7" deleted files it should be a much higher number as I'm using LR nearly daily.

I don't see any deletions in our server logs that were done in the past month for the account ID associated with your support login.  Is it possible that you have a second account with a separate Adobe ID?

I do see that on June 6, there were quite a few deleted images deleted from the trash from a Lightroom desktop application.  So yes, looks like something happened with the app that deleted these trashed images.  But I don't see subsequent activity.

Items in the "Deleted" album remain there for a maximum of 60 days. If the user doesn't "un-delete" them within that 60 day period they are permanently deleted when the 60 days are up. That permanent deletion will of course sync to all your cloud apps. So, had the 60-day timer been reached to cause the album to become empty?

 

The user can also force immediate deletion of images from the "deleted" album (even when the 60-day clock is still running) by clicking on the trash can icon below each image in that album.

there have been photos in the "deleted" album, showing all sorts of days left since I use Lightroom more or less every day, but now all photos are gone and even if I delete new ones they are not showing up, just disappearing.
