Hi there,

 

Which version of Lightroom mobile are you using? What happens when you try to use the tool?

Since when are you seeing this? Have you tried re-logging into the application?

Please log on to Lightroom web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) and confirm if everything is correctly synced. If they are, then try re-installing the application.
