why i cant find clear cache function on this page

 i can found clean hight speed cache on this page before,but now i cant find,so where is the function now？

i also dont know why ios lightroom have updated for a couple years,but the lens correction function still cannot manually select the lens... now the option to clean the high-resolution cache function is gone....so why do the more bugs increase with the update...I have also encountered the problem of the disappearance of the software sidebar before.These bugs really irritate me a lot...
