This new Lightroom update is really bugging me. Why put the device galleries as the 1st thing I see. Starting with collections worked.
The main purpose of LR fornme is to organize and filter out the photos I don't need to see. Now they're front and center. I fell like i dont have a choice on what I see.
Yes, some existing users don't particularly like the new UI changes (including me), but the good news is that when you exit the app LrM should reopen to the same place that you were in at the time of previous exit. So although that Device tab appears first at the bottom of the window, that doesn't really matter to me because I never use it and so it never gets in my way and I am able to ignore its existence.
