P: Make Device tab optional or demote it to second position

Yes, some existing users don't particularly like the new UI changes (including me), but the good news is that when you exit the app LrM should reopen to the same place that you were in at the time of previous exit. So although that Device tab appears first at the bottom of the window, that doesn't really matter to me because I never use it and so it never gets in my way and I am able to ignore its existence.
