The Apple app store subscription will be only for premium features on mobile devices which is why it has a lower price. However premium features are automatically included with the desktop version at $9.99 (or local currency price) so it’s a better deal as you get more storage e.g if you sign-up to the 1TB plan for about $5 extra compared with what you will now be paying. But you first need to cancel your subscription at the app store and then purchase a new plan directly from Adobe. You can then use on both iPad and desktop for a single price.
