error occured on animate: rigged character cant apply animation on mixamo

So i uploaded my rigged chr into mixamo and it shows this

it seems like the model isnt the problem

neither the ik, ive tried remove the ik and reuploaded,still didnt work.

what do i dooo ?

problem solved, i just redo the whole rigging process, still dont know what did i do wrong, but it work this time.
