I have problem with Mixamo animation download

when I am looking preview everything looks ok but I'm getting an error when I try to download the animation + my model has weird bones (you can see on the attached files)that my courses this problem but I don't know how to fix any this problem I tried many things but nothing worked.

the weapon had a bone Mixamo was reading as an arm bone... you could add it back on now that the model has its Mixamo rig or you could add just the mesh without the bone

 

the distortion is the weight map; the left arm is different to the right arm and the head / helmat has no neck... both are outside what Mixamo is designed for and easy to fix in Blender or whatever animation engine you end up using

    i set t pose and removed the arm weapon

    arm weapon was a problem too?
    everything ok but now how to fix these stretches?

    Mixamo will not touch a rig if it detects bones, it will only add bones to a blank model... the idea is you then edit the rig for what ever extras you want

     

    yes if you want to share the model i'll take a go at fixing it

      i tried mixamo animations on different model and everything was perfect, this model is a problem hope you will find solution

      i'd put him in t pose then remove all the bones and save that model as a test for upload

      when I'm using Mixamo automatic rigging I don't have a download problem but the model has weird starches I tried many different methods but nothing worked. when I upload an already-rigged character everything works well but can't download. maybe this character has bad rig I don't know this is my first contact with rigging.

      if you want I can send you Fpx file and you can check. its day 2 and im still trying to download 1 animation.
