mixamo wont allow me to upload past processing

Hi, I'm having trouble getting my model past processing. The upload bar goes super quickly, but then it just stops when the window says "processing, this shouldnt take longer than half a minute."

I googled it and most things say it's a server issue, but trying it on a past version of the model (admittedly I uploaded it previously to check the rig for functionality) and that works fine. My most recent attempt told me to contact support and they said come ask on the forum so I'm hoping you guys can help. Anyone know what's happening here?
