Sorry unable to upload character error in Mixamo

I'm attempting to upload this fellow as an fbx file to Mixamo and getting the sorry unable message.

I've followed the settings for most threads.  Here are the settings I'm using for the FBX export:

Any ideas what I need to do to get this to import properly in Mixamo? 

Few things:

FBX size is 9 megs (under the 15 mg limit)

I copied and pasted into a new Blender file to eliminate any extra things that might be in the file.
