Please can you help me with a Photoshop problem?

Last week I downloaded the new Photoshop Beta with generative fill

But it does not work,

Generative fill starts and runs at about 10%  before stopping completely with no fill and no error, no info.

Do you have some solutions on how I do to fix this?

Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Do you have the latest version? Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.10.0 20240512.m.2617 2b82010 arm64.  Do you see the same issue with all files or just one or? Does the same thing happen with Ps release version and GenFill?

We see you have an enterprise account... please make sure your IT Admin is not blocking this. They need to allow you to use beta apps and have ability to block them as well as updates:

Please tell me what that means exactly: "from release, not beta."

becuase the Generative FIL and EXPAND options are there but they just dont work

Sure @Reese37363241qfwa , if you click on your CCD app, you will see a list of all the apps that your Adobe ID account subscription has access to.  If you click on the Beta icon on the top, you will seee the list of beta apps.

When you download both of them, you will have TWO Photoshop versions, one called GA or general release... with a dark blue background and lighter blue letters Ps, and then a public beta version of Ps which will have a white icon with graph lines on it and dark blue letters that say Ps.

To help you we need to know WHAT version of Ps you are seeing this issue with, and if it is in Ps GA or Ps beta.
