P: Administrator is not allowing access to NanoBanana

I chatted Adobe Support about the fact that we don't have the "Non-Adobe generative AI models" in our admin console, and this is what the rep said:

To get the "Non-Adobe generative AI models" tab in the Admin Console you must have the Firefly license for that you can contact your account manager.

And then, when I asked him to clarify that the feature was not included in our Creative Cloud license (Education Named User):

This feature is not part of Creative Cloud license.

Concernant votre question, je peux vous expliquer techniquement pourquoi cette option est absente, mais sachez qu'il s'agit plutôt d'un problème commercial.

L'onglet permettant d'activer les modèles génératifs tiers non Adobe n'est pas disponible car les produits que vous possédez ne sont pas compatibles avec cette fonctionnalité.

Il semble que vous possédiez des licences pour appareils partagés, et celles-ci n'incluent pas l'accès aux fonctionnalités Firefly au sein des applications (comme le remplissage génératif de Photoshop, par exemple).

Vous auriez besoin de licences nominatives pour utiliser ces fonctionnalités. Ces informations figurent dans l'article suivant, dans la section « Gestion des licences » :

It's not clear. Did you contact Adobe Customer Care from the support tab in the Adobe Admin Console? If so, what did they say?

I am a 'System Administrator' in our Adobe tenet. The option 'Settings> Asset Settings > Non-Adobe Generative AI Models' does not exist.

What happened when your administrator went to the Adobe Admin Console and contacted Adobe Customer Care.

This is the same with our organization, our IT team said there is no such this for the toggle to be turned on in assets. I was at Adobe Max and the Adobe team couldnt help either because they said it was my admin, but admin doesnt have this option. I saw someone here say you have to have premium, but it wont even allow me to do the generative upscale which is included in standard. 

I'm not sure what to do but I can use half the feature we were show at MAX. 

I asked by admin to enable Non-Adobe Generative Ai Models but he said he doesn't have this option in Admin Console settings. He sent me this image too... 😞
