Hi @Camargo220718952937 did you check your Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts and reset them to default?

Seems to be working just fine on my end, you might try restoring your preferences using this manual method and seeing if it work correctly!

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

Sim, meu amigo, já fiz todo esse procedimento. Estou usando o Mac M1 com a configuração de teclado ABNT2 Brasileiro e esse comando não funciona aqui!

Obs: Só funciona nas versões 23 para baixo! Quando chega na versão 24, esse comando simplesmente não funciona para quem usa ABNT2 Brasileiro.

É tão estranho que quando usamos o comando (Command + Option + Shift + E), aparece a janela "Exportar como" ao invés de mesclar todas as camadas visíveis em uma nova camada.

Se eu mudar a configuração de teclado para ABNT Brasileiro, funciona! Mas para ABNT2 Brasileiro não!

Export As uses the keyboard shortcut Command + Option + Shift + W, which is the key right next to E. I wonder what happens when you use the correct shortcut for Export As. 

Do other E-based shortcuts also return the W function?

• Just pressing the E key should select the Eraser tool. Does it instead select the Magic Wand tool? 
• Shift+ E cycles through the Eraser tools. Does it instead cycle through the smart selection tools?
• Command + E merges the selected layer(s). Does it instead close the active document?

Sobre o "Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts" está padrão.

Se vocês estiverem com um MAC M1 para testar, coloquem na configuração de teclado ABNT2 e tentem fazer o comando  Command + Option + Shift + E e verão o que está acontecendo comigo.

OK, I've recreated the behavior on my end. I also se that it doesn't matter if you are using M1 or Intel Mac, nor does it matter whether you are using English or Portugese versions of Photoshop. I'll get a bug report put together to get this fixed.

I have seem similar issues which turned out to be caused by when the keyboard does not match the selected language.
