P: Generated images violate user guidelines

Community Beginner ,

Bunny.png

image (1).png

So as you can see, it's a PG-13 relatively inoffensive image of a woman in a bunny outfit. The top worked fine, and I was able to complete the top ear, which is cool. When I tried to extend the bottom with generative fill, though, I got this warning. They're just a pair of legs wearing stockings, and I wanted to extend it.

It feels like a false flag - though I could be wrong? I find myself thinking it would do the same for women in swimsuits.

Figured I'd share here.

Dear Community,

On November 7th, 2023, the Firefly for Photoshop service was updated and improved for this issue. You should encounter fewer guideline errors when working on or near skin-tone areas that do not violate the community guidelines.

While the improvement is a big step in the right direction, we are continuing to explore new ways to minimize false-positives. Please continue to give us feedback on this new forum thread and also report false violation errors in the application.
Thank you

Subject: Photoshop programmers tell us the parameters of your prompts. We need a prompt parameter that we can add that we state, "NO OFFENSIVE FILL." Simple solution to this problem.

PS community: You are here because you are cutting edge. You will become the most sophisticated AI graphics specialists. This is a fact.

If you want to get up to date on how prompts can and should work watch this video.

IMHO, This whole concept of "small gen fill within a larger image" can work, but only with excellent prompts and nowhere yet do I see prompt training for PS gen fil. Again if you are into AI, please look at this video. It shows you where we will end up. Been out a month and has 8500 thumbs up.

This video will bring you update about what could be with PS prompt creation. (This video does not use PS software, but is how it can be done.)

Small GEN fill with an a larger image already works great. It's giving me fantastic results, when it works right. When it doesn't work right, it seems to be about thinking that the content is inappropriate, and that sometimes is just wrong.

Sarah, Great to hear you are having success! Show us an example, please. Does not have to be the entire picture just enough to see what you have accomplished. I have gotten some very strange gen fills. Nothing usable yet. Been working on this everyday.

PS gen fill has become my hobby. 🙂

Gen fill - removing part of distorted swan head reflection violates user guidelines. And then it would not allow me to use Remove Tool...

I extended the lower portion of the image (the reflection) using gen fill and it did ok but distorted the swan's head - then I made a selection to remove the distorted portion with gen fill and gave me the violates user guidelines. Tried the Remove Tool but it did not allow me.

essich copy 3.jpgI took this pic using the iphone 14 pro max on raw setting last month. It's a country road high above Inverness Scotland. I added a highland cow, added a robin, pheasant, a blackbird, a buzzard overhead and a flock of geese. Excellent results this time

Another image I took4 years ago ( can't even remember the phone I had then ) This is the beach at the picturesque town of Rosemarkie 14 miles N of Inverness. There were several people on the right hand side of the beach near the water, and a couple of caravans on the left side. All removed perfectly.

Thanks! Graham. I see my problem. I expect too much. These are images that PS can take from stock and place them in a picture. I have also seen the puffin and desert fox examples, but the actual artwork was pain.

I imagined that fill gen could draw custom fills. Like if you told gen fill to fill in the bush below the cow with five plants with yellow and pink blooms.

Quess the solution to get exactly what I want is to have an image generator produce an image on a blank page, using detailed prompts, refine it and place it where I want it.

A completely different pic using the extend frame generation AND I changed the background from a hotel room in Glasgow to a tropical beach, I also changed our clothes, and gave my wife a new hair colour & style.  The phone which I had several years ago was a motorola G8 power

Legally, I do have to give credit. The first image was created for me by Bing Image Creator.

when trying to remove some things with the generative fill says that the images are violating the guidelines when they are not

I think you're pushing the limits of what gen fill is intended for, at least for the time being. What you want to accomplish might work better in Firefly itself, where you can (I believe, I haven't used it much as yet) upload images to make changes such as the one's you're asking for. If not, DALL-E 2 will probably do a much better job. Yes, youtubers have been showing off some fairly nice results when attempting to make edits along these lines, but I'd bet they cherry picked and tested various results before uploading their edited videos.

See this article: https://www.zdnet.com/article/how-to-use-bing-image-creator/

It is easy to access and free. And dose a nice job if you are just playing around. I simply typed in "Florida Daylily Garden" and it generated this picture.florida daylily garden.jpeg

Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about. This little brown thing needed to be removed and it kept getting UGV's. Again, a small selection elsewhere far removed the the "offensive" subject will often fix the issue.screenshot.jpg

Re: "The selfie pose came from Gen Fill, I didn't ask for it in particular."

Amazing Alexander!!

Sounds like a PS gen fill breakthrough to me.

How did you get the arms repositioned and the one selfie arm extended with gen fill? Wow, impressive if gen fill can do that.

Her arms at the shoulders are repositioned on both sides. Definitely need this for my bear paw but never, ever got close. The crazy replacement bear paws were pointing everywhere and definitely not connected.
