Adobe it would be much better if you had qualified telephone call handlers ( not people who would just take calls) but front line developersd who could take turns to sit on phones and do that old fashion thing .... TALK to your users .
I'm of an age (67) and complicated by autism where a written book type instruction is required in a manor that a stupid child could follow, not full of technical terms.
You have to remember that some of us have not grown up with computers, other have not got a clue but are desperate to learn.
As i have said to one of your techies at the NEC Show at Birmingham UK you need to have at least 3 levels of instructions, all so clearly labeled its easy to find( gripe no 2 your webites are so confusing as you have so many for so many products its pointless at times asking)
Level 1, basic, asuming that even cut and paste for example is a complicated move, because remember to one who does not know it will be . Even the simpliest of things needs to be taught.
level 2 intermediatte, a gradual progression from level 1 but written in the same language (style)
3, advanced, again a gradual progression taking you from level 3 to the limits of what the softwaere can. do
I have even said i am more than willing to help in this as for one I'm baffled by the beta version of ps i have downloaded and the new technology that comes with it, let alone fathom out how it works and how i'd use it.
Leave it with you

The purpose of the Adobe Forums is to assist users who have specific questions or problems. It is not to provide complete beginning-to-end instruction to beginners who can only tell us they are "baffled". There are other sources for instruction.
Here are some ways for you to get started:
When you get stuck, we are here to help.

yesterday i asked if the help tab could tell me how the denoise toolworks in camera raw.
Simple question
No answer to be found
All i ever get from adobe is you lot hiding behind just how good you are, when to some of us you are crap.
As i said i asked the help tab , show how to use denoise tool.
I just want simple easy to fol;low answers not gobblegook on how to go around so many tabs etc .
You and I say this without malice are just lousy at understanding the needs of people who are not as quick , who learn slower or infact need help in learning.
So i ask again how does the denoise tool work, not the technical part but when in camera raw i select it, xlick on it then nothing, where does the finished file go, how do i know anything is happening .
You might laugh but do you understand what its like to live with a person who gets really wound up by stupid things like this, simply caused by your lack of ABCDEFG 123456789+ simple instructions.
I in fact wrote to your CEO in California and got a rediculously simple letter in return written by a minun who was obviosly paid to shut me up, if you CEO does not give two hoots how on earth can i be expected to trust what you say.
Adobe this is up to you to sort out.
Just remember the answer is always easy when you know it but an impossible task when you don't.

I don't normally respond to posts like this, but sheesh. There's literally a million Photoshop tutorials all over the internet for beginners to advanced, videos, written, classes. You are on here acting like someone at Adobe needs to drive to your home and give you personal lessons. Get real!

n understand your frustrations at me but in defence i cant find these, where are they, im not partt of a adobe community ( that baffles me as well) i wish i could understand all this jargon but when a simple question cant be asked in a simple way as a autistic sufferer you tend not to respond well and this is whats happening.
I'm not angry rather extremly frustrated at not seeing / understanding adobe way, it may take some time for me to do that ( being 67 yrs old it may take longer than shorter!!) but i want to learn I just need helpin that process. Some learn by different methords, I find video's on the computer sometimes very quick c=ondersending ( in the sence the poster has knowledge and forgets some dont) so i stay away from them.
Books are the same, unless it shows excatlky whats on my screen Im sunk with all hands

Hi Ian
You posted to the Photoshop Beta forum and your question is about Adobe Camera Raw. Can you go to the ACR forum and ask your question about Denoise there? Here is the direct link:

See if these help:
