Generative fill disabled

Hi there all. I have been having some issues with generative fill since yesterday. It is greyed out and am unable to make use of it. I was able to use it in the past but suddenly it is greyed out and I can't use it at all. I found some online comments that mention I should log out then back in and go to Behance through creative cloud to update my date of birth. Behance, doesn't ask me to add my date of birth at all though and am unsure how to do so. Not sure if this is even the issue.

 

Is there anyone out there who could offer any suggestions for this? please please, would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hi @Nooraan30992001sb13 we don't see a subscription listed for this email, do you have another email you use with an active Adobe ID Ps subscription?

Hi there Cory, thank you so much for your response. Perhaps this is causing the issue I am experiencing. I am part of an organisation and the subscriptions are managed by an external person. Would it help if I gave you that email address perhaps?

@Nooraan30992001sb13 thank you, it appears you have an enterprise account and you would need to log in with that Adobe ID to have access.  It is also possible that your IT Admin has beta's update blocked.
