It's not clear what you are asking. If you are looking for the History panel, it is in the Window menu.

You can drag a tab to change its position when you have two or more.

If you want to arrange open documents, you can do that in the Window menu

i was asking where is the "history tab" refering the web photoshop

I asked it diractly from the "web app" in the "help" section, did I assume its clear that it was referring to the web
