Hi all, I just contacted the Adobe support team and found out how to solve the problem now.

1. Sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and close all Adobe apps.

2. Then click on Finder> Click on the GO menu at the top on the right side of Apple logo > click on "Go To Folder" and paste this location
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/Configs/

3. Delete the ServiceConfig.xml file.

4. After that, restart and sign in to the CC app again

5. Now you can see the beta version in the CC app.

You are damn funny. Everyone is talking about Apple Silicon, and you don't feel like that is the answer because you are using Windows?
